We’ve seen him in Street Fighter 6 as a cameo, but how would you do it? Personally I would have him be a boss character that the player can unlock if certain conditions are met.

His boss fight would have him meet with the player’s character and challenge them to a duel to test their resolve and strength. He would basically be Akuma or Gouken on steroids complete with his moveset being a combination of their movesets.

I’d also give him a new backstory, he was Goutetsu’s first disciple, and follows his teachings very closely, wielding both the Sastui no hado and Kyoi no hado, a lot like Shin Ryu. In the modern day a lot of knowledge about him would come from rumors about him with some doubting he even exists.
