Yup, motivation. Of course, she really only liked going solo, but after training with Nash, she was inspired by the idea of utilizing camaraderie rather than single play.

Working with comrads is better than doing it yourself. Still even after all that, Chun-Li can be stubborn and selfish sometimes.
