With "SF's" fellow fighting game "Tekken" - now in its second season - has its eight installment yet to bring back Julia and her fellow post "Tekken 3" women Eliza and Kunimitsu II, then speaking of reviving talks of "Tekken x Street Fighter", what if "Street Fighter 6" had to bring back Rose and her fellow birth month celebrant / R-starting fighter Rufus? Especially with the introduction of JP and the latter being much involved in Ken Masters' plot of losing his job in favour of working as a construction worker in Metro City - the town that's known well in fellow Capcom game "Final Fight".
So apart from both birth month celebrants - hence they're July fighters similar to Crimson Viper, Ryu, T Hawk and Laura, then while Rolento and fellow "FF" fighter and former Mad Gear Gang member Poison (as well as Morrigan Aensland or Felicia from another Capcom game "Darkstalkers") may (re) appear in "SF6", with SNK already ported Terry Bogard and Mai Shiranui in the game as guest fighters, Bandai Namco - "Tekken's" company - may have plans to guest star either Julia (who shares a lot with T Hawk's wife aka Juli) from "Tekken" or even that of Tira (or as well as Setsuka) from fellow BN game "Soul Calibur" - but Tira and Setsuka may not be guest starring in a game that's set in a modern-day era like "SF".
So, while Julia would be an ideal pick for "SF" to guest star a representative of Bandai Namco, but as double standards may play in that idea because they (Capcom / "SF") have a character that's identical to Michelle's successor and daughter, Kunimitsu II may also be ideal for a BN representative to guest star in "SF6^ even though her character relations chart since debuting in "Tekken 7" is quite limited - meaning that Kuni II only has involvement with Yoshimitsu and her eponymous predecessor - compared to Julia. (Especially to the fact that Julia's relationships chart has her mother Michelle being the only female to take part of it, the rest are mostly men, with Ganryu being notable while her fellow adoptee and alter-ego possessor Lee Chaolan is also significant to Julia's relations, given their hatred towards Kazuya Mishima, the former Mishima Zaibatsu and Kazuya's current company G Corporation...)
So, I guess having Julia from "Tekken 3" (her debut game) to guest star in "SF6" may not just continue the "SFXT" lore, but also it would benefit her (Julia) to have relations with the rest of the "SF6" lineup...
