I knew that the Sakura Ganbaru manga was canon.

I knew that Maki’s Alpha 3 story was canon.

Street Fighter 6 proved I was right.

I’m glad that Capcom managed to acknowledge their friendship after 18 years (or 17 overseas & in Europe).

I only got one match in, which was my A-Sakura versus his A-Ryu.

Of course, Mako being the rank he's at, I obviously lost. However, I did get close to taking the second round off him, mainly because I blocked his Shin Shoryuken. That being said, though, I had fun - losing is all apart of the learning curve after all, and I can see why he's considered the best Alpha 3 player of the bunch.

And this is still one of the best shots from the manga. Sakura & Ken using their Hadokens to possibly blow up an entire city block (of course, Dan, Shibazaki, and Karin did survive due to manga magic, but it's still an INCREDIBLE SHOT).

This is from their potential SF6 characters article, and I know - the roster leak, but I have a feeling that what we saw leaked isn’t the FULL full roster. I still have that feeling in my gut characters like Ingrid & Sakura (my two favorite characters to use in Alpha 3 MAX) can make into SF6.

And as for Sakura… let’s just say I plan to write a little something to Capcom that involves a shadow drop Sakura gave us in the Japanese version of Alpha 3 (involving her, Akuma, and a certain… “feeling”).
