Ice spikes can be formed from the ground by her to varying sizes that she can control. Can summon an ice block on to the opponents head, and two by using up her EX meter. She can freeze the opponent in place if she fills their stun bar.) Stealth Mastery (Took a chess piece out of Rashid's pocket without him noticing. Disappeared from Charlie Nash in a short timeframe.) Martial Arts (She's trained in the Russian fighting style Systema and fluent in using her ice powers. Her military training is something that even Guile acknowledged before their fight, even beating him.) Social Influencing (She was able to convince multiple fighters to help her in her plan against Bison by putting on the facade of a kind and caring person). Limited Resistance to Precognition (Reading the future of fighters such as her is difficult, because they always fight against it)
