Description

Executed by pressing forward (or back) and Medium Kick or Heavy Kick while close to the opponent in midair, Cammy climbs up on her opponent's shoulders in a seated position. She then performs a backflip, dropping herself and her opponent to the ground. As Cammy lands on the ground on all fours, she drives her opponent back and neck first into the ground. In Street Fighter Alpha 3, the move is performed by pressing two kick buttons while near the opponent in the air, while Capcom vs. SNK changed the input to only pressing Heavy Kick while close to the opponent in midair.
Tactics
This attack is aided by Cammy's high jump acceleration, meaning she can use this air throw rather effectively to quickly punish an airborne opponent. It has an incredibly fast startup and can be used to switch sides with the opponent while in midair. While it inflicts more damage than her other air throw, Air Frankensteiner creates more separation away from Cammy. Even though this move can reset the neutral game, it can be difficult for Cammy to reapply pressure from a distance.
