The Arabian Skyhigh (アラビアン・スカイハイ Arabian Sukaihai?) is one of Rashid's special attacks, introduced in Street Fighter 6.

Description
- "Perform a spinning kick in mid-air that creates an air current that you then use to perform a mid-air jump. It's possible to perform jump attacks after the mid-air jump."

Executed by performing a quarter circle back motion and pressing kick while in the air, Rashid kicks his opponent down, then creates a small pocket of air which he jumps up and forward off of it.
Tactics
This move is an airborne attack that gives Rashid a double jump. The strength of the kick button pressed determines the trajectory of the jump. The Light version has the shortest jump, while Heavy Arabian Skyhigh has Rashid jumping the furthest. It can be performed from a forward jump, off of a Front Flip, or an OD Spinning Mixer. After the second jump, Rashid can perform his jumping normals to either spike the opponent back to the ground or extend the combo. The OD version causes Rashid to perform a dive kick that bounces the opponent, making it a decent combo extender.
