Ashura is the crime syndicate that appeared Street Fighter II V. It is headed by Zochi, who is associated with M. Bison.
History[]
Ashura is a sub division of Shadaloo stationed in Thailand, their activates involves drug dealings around Asia. They were operating a drug shipment to Hong Kong. Dorai of the Hong Kong Police Force had been busting they're operations for a while.
