The Blizzard Heel is one of Kolin's unique attacks, introduced in Street Fighter V.

Description
Executed by pressing forward and Medium Kick, Kolin leaps forward and spins with her body almost horizontal, delivering a spinning heel kick.
Tactics
As an overhead attack, the main purpose is to break through the defenses of an opponent who insists on crouch guarding (as the attack must be blocked from a standing position). The draw back causes considerable delay, and this attack can easily be countered by an aggressive opponent by hitting her beforehand.
By pressuring the opponent with low, quick attacks to get them on their heels, Kolin can use her overhead to get through their defenses. If Kolin manages to score a Counter Hit with this move, she link with Crouching Light Punch for a follow-up combo. Additionally, she can use Medium Vanity Step to link into her overhead as a way to surprise her opponent.
