Executed by pressing Medium Punch, followed by Heavy Punch, Ed delivers a body blow at the opponent's midsection. If the first attack connects, Ed rears back and finishes the combo with a huge uppercut using the same hand. The second hit launches the opponent into the air.
Tactics[]
Body Blow Combination gives Ed an option to hit-confirm from his Standing Medium Punch. The initial attack has a 7-frame startup, making it a fast option to whiff punish the opponent. By linking the first attack into Standing Heavy Punch, Ed can launch the opponent into the air; allowing him to follow up with a special move such as Heavy Psycho Blitz or Psycho Uppercut for additional damage. Ed can also cancel into his Kill Rush to push the opponent further into the corner. While he can perform one of his follow-ups for mor damage, Ed gets massive frame advantage just from the command dash alone.
