Bratken (ブラッケン?) is a fictional character from the Final Fight series, introduced in the game Final Fight 2.
Appearance
Bratken is a hugely muscular man with a small head with a scar on his forehead, a large mouth and an underbite. He wears a yellow and blue striped shirt with ripped sleeves, red bracelets and pants, and a brown belt and boots. The way he wears his belt suggests that he does not know how to dress himself.
Story
Final Fight
Although he is large and physically powerful, Bratken has the mentality of a child. The Mad Gear Gang bribed him into working for them with a room full of toys. Since he was dangerous and difficult to control, they kept him in a prison cell when he wasn't needed. He broke free from his cell and attacked Haggar, Maki and Carlos when their search for Genryusai and Rena brought them to Holland, but they managed to defeat him.
Fighting style
Bratken's fighting style relies primarily on brute force. He has a throw like Abigail's, as well as a lunging punch and a flying jump kick. His attacks are very damaging, but his flying jump kick is slow and easy to avoid.
Trivia
- Bratken's physical appearance - mostly his head - resembles that of the classic depiction of Frankenstein's monster from the Mary Shelley novel.
