- "I express my gratitude for the honor of fighting you. That's the meaning of the Brave Dance!"
- —Elena's win-quote in Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact
The Brave Dance (ブレイブダンス Bureibu Dansu?) is one of Elena's special attacks, introduced as her second Super Art in the Street Fighter III series. It later appears as her first Ultra Combo in Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Description[]
Executed by performing two quarter-circle forward motions and pressing all three kick buttons, Elena leaps forward with a jumping knee attack (or a jumping kick in the Street Fighter III games), visually similar to Sagat's Tiger Knee. If the knee lands, she unleashes a flurry of low and high kicks, ending with one that knocks the opponent up into the air. As the opponent falls, Elena lands on one hand and performs a quick handstand to the "camera" while smiling sweetly.
Tactics[]
The attack has decent range and is difficult to be hit out of, and so is useful for punishing blocked attacks as well as in combos. The Super Art comes in two moderately sized stocks.[1] An EX Lynx Tail, EX Spin Scythe or light Rhino Horn can set up for Brave Dance.[citation needed]
