Description[]
Executed by pressing Light Punch, Medium Punch, down plush Heavy Punch, followed by Heavy Kick (or two consecutive Light Attacks, down plus Light Attack, followed by a fourth Light Attack for Modern Control), Kimberly delivers a quick back fist to the opponent. When the attack connects, Kimberly follows up with a punch to his opponent's midsection. Next, she delivers an elbow strike to the opponent's face. Kimberly then spins and finishes the target combo by delivering a outer crescent kick to knock the opponent back.
By pressing down and Heavy Kick (or down and Light Attack for Modern Control) on the fourth attack, Kimberly performs the Bushin Hellchain Throw. After grabbing her opponent's collar with both hands, Kimberly pulls the opponent over her shoulder, flipping them over and causing them to land on their back.
Tactics[]
- "A combination attack that switches places with your opponent."
- —Street Fighter 6
While its damage is mediocre and committing to the target combo causes Kimberly to become considerably more disadvantageous on each blocked hit, Bushin Hellchain follow-ups are useful for their utility coming off her Standing Light Punch. The last hit sends the opponent halfway across the screen. This creates separation and gives Kimberly time to throw out a Shuriken Bomb. It also has excellent corner carry. Kimberly can follow up with a Shadow Slide to maintain pressure. Even if the opponent blocks, it can be difficult to punish her due to the spacing.
Bushin Hellchain Throw deals sends the opponent to the other side of the screen. The throw follow-up gives Kimberly a meterless side-switch, letting her shift momentum in her favor where she can pester the opponent with mix-ups, quick attacks, and throws to keep them on their heels.
