The Cage Climb is a modified version of Vega's Flying Barcelona Attack which he can only perform on his own stage in Street Fighter Alpha 3. A Super Combo version of the Cage Climb also exists, and is simply called the Super Cage Climb.

Tactics
The move is much more predictable due to Vega staying on the wall, but due to the player's (limited) ability to control the climb it requires less precision.
