Executed by pressing down-forward and Heavy Kick, Sakura sidesteps toward her opponent and performs a high kick.
Despite the move's appearance, it is not an effective anti-air attack. It has a slower startup, compared to her other options. The range of Chin Buster Kick is also deceptively short. However, this move is great during her opponent's wake-up. It is +2 on block, making it one of Sakura's safest attacks. It is also +3 on hit, allowing her to link into her Crouching Light Punch for a follow-up combo.
Chin Buster Kick inflicts the same amount of damage and stun as her Furiko Upper. Italso forces her opponent into a standing position on hit. She can also cancel this unique attack into her V-Trigger. Whether this attack is blocked or hits the opponent, Sakura has tremendous frame advantage when canceling into V-Trigger.
- This move is also used in Sakura's Ultra Combo in Street Fighter IV, and her Super Art in Street Fighter X Tekken. It wasn't given an name, nor was an official attack until Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition.
