The Cold Blue Kick, also known as Tsumetaku Aoi Regret (冷たく蒼いルグレ Tsumetaku Aoi Rugure?, literally "Cold Blue/Pale Regret") is one of Remy's special attacks in the Street Fighter III series.

Description
Executed by performing a quarter-circle backward motion and pressing kick, the attack is merely a jumping kick. However, it is a mid attack, and can be blocked high or low.
The distance Remy jumps is determined by the kick button pressed. The Light Kick goes more-or-less directly in front of where he started. The Medium Kick travels almost half a screen and Heavy Kick travels almost fullscreen distance. The EX Special version doesn't go as far as the Heavy Kick version, but hits twice.[1]
Tactics
The attack is difficult for the opponent to counter on block and can be used to dodge certain low strikes, making it a solid frame trap tool. The Heavy Kick version in particular goes over most projectiles[1].
