The Collarbone Breaker is one of Ryu's Unique Attacks. Executed by holding forward and pressing medium punch, the attack is a two-hit Overhead punch which sees Ryu draw his fist back over his shoulder and thrust it forward and down, presumably hitting the opponent's collarbone. The draw back causes considerable delay and this attack can easily be countered by hitting Ryu before he throws it, but if it is used against a defensive opponent who is blocking low, this can get around their defenses relatively quickly, as opposed to needing to jump.
