Cosmic Heel (コズミックスマート, Cosmic Heel^? "Cosmic Smart") is one of Vega's unique attacks, introduced in Street Fighter Alpha 3.

Executed by moving down-forward and pressing heavy kick, Vega jump forward and performs a kick to throw the opponent.

Cosmic Heel can be used twice, before a heavy kick, or Bloody High Claw, Splendid Claw and EX Scarlet Terror
