Description
Cody stretches out his neck before winding his fist low to the ground. Cody then delivers a powerful uppercut that generates a giant tornado. The total hits are 8.
Tactics
As a stationary and bigger Criminal Upper, it has some use as a finishing anti-air and a frame trap move. Cody must get upclose to grounded enemies, and predict jumpins to get the most out of this move. It can nullify some projectiles too.
