The Dirty Bomber is one of Balrog's throws in Street Fighter V.

Executed by pressing Light Punch and Light Kick, (the throw command) near an opponent. Balrog pulls his opponent towards him and delivers an uppercut to their solar plexus, launching them upward. As his opponent is about to drop down, Balrog hits them with a vicious hook to the face, causing them to land on their stomach and flip over on their back.
Tactics[]
This move is good for pressuring the opponent and opening up their defenses. While this throw does less damage than his back throw, it leaves his opponent somewhat close to Balrog. After the throw, he can dash forward and maintain offensive pressure with frame trap combo. Balrog can also sneak an overhead if his opponent is constantly crouching. Lastly, he can throw his opponent again in a pseudo-throw loop in the corner.
