Description[]
On activation, Rashid's ankles is surrounded with mini whirlwinds. While in this state, his Eagle Spike and Whirlwind Shot are enhanced. Additionally, by pressing Heavy Punch and Heavy Kick simultaneously, Rashid gains access to a grounded whirlwind projectile called Haboob.
Tactics[]
This move improves Rashid's neutral game and enhances his moves to pull off damaging and flashy combos. His kick special moves also improve. They come out faster and have increased range. It also juggles the opponent, allowing Rashid to follow up with Altair. The EX version of Air Eagle Spike allows Rashid to perform a wall jump, giving him more options in the neutral game and in combos.
