The Electric Arc is a special attack performed by General Bison, Arkane and F7 in arcade version of the Street Fighter: The Movie game.

Executed by holding heavy punch for a moment and then releasing, Bison unleashes electricity from his hands forwards toward the ground, electrifying any opponent standing on that area who is not blocking.
