The Falling Sky (スカイフォール Sukai Fooru?, Sky Fall) is one of Abel's special attacks, introduced along with him in Street Fighter IV.

Falling Sky as it appears in Street Fighter IV.
Executed by performing a "Shoryuken" motion (forward, downward then down-forward) and pressing punch, Abel attempts to grab an airborne opponent; if successful, he catches the opponent by the neck and throws them to the ground behind him.
The EX Special version has Abel hold onto his opponent as he throws them to the ground, falling with them and landing on top of them.
Tactics[]
Due to the severe range limitations of this move, it is usually linked into by intentionally sending the opponent flying: a common tactic is to perform a crouching heavy punch to knock the opponent into the air, and then perform the Falling Sky while they are helplessly airborne.
