Executed by pressing forward and Medium Punch, Heavy Kick, followed by Heavy Punch, Seth first takes a step toward his opponent and delivers a straight punch. If the initial attack connects, he delivers a low, spinning heel kick. If the second attack connects, Seth finishes the combo by taking a huge step forward and delivers a straight punch to knock them back.
The first attack is one of Seth's mid-range pokes. Not only this move has a fairly quick startup, but it is also -2 on block. Linking it with Turning Slicer allows Seth to perform this target combo. The second attack hits low. If the opponent isn't ready, he can sneak in the low kick to inflict decent damage and bring his opponent closer toward him. By pressing Heavy Punch after the second attack, Seth can confirm his Shoot Slicer target combo into Fatal Rush.
This target combo results in a knockdown and inflicts more damage than the aforementioned combo. If his opponent is about to quick rise, then Seth can dash and put himself at +2. Because he is very close to his opponent, this target combo gives him an opportunity to put them in a mix-up situation. Seth is in range to either go for a throw, continue pressure with one of his stronger normals, or use shimmies to open up his opponent. While this target combo is very unsafe on block, Seth can cancel into his V-Trigger to retain frame advantage
