Rashid's V-Skill is very versatile and has a lot of potential for controlling space and dishing out damage.

Starting with the Front Flip, the opponent may mistake it for his regular forward jump because the animation is very similar. Rashid can use this confusion to his advantage. For example, a popular mix-up option is for Rashid to cross up his opponent as they wake up. With the flip arc, he can bait a cross up and use Light Eagle Spike, that functions much like a dive kick arc, hitting them in front as they block back.

It's other great use is to punish characters with fireballs. If Rashid can make the right reads and time his V-Skill right, he can catch them anywhere between start up or the ending animations of their fireball. This leaves the opponent open for a dive kick or puts Rashid in position to land a damaging combo.
