Frost Tower (フロストタワー, Furosuto Tawā^?) is Kolin's Critical Art, introduced in Street Fighter V.

Description

Executed by performing two quarter-circle forward motions and punch, Kolin lunges forward and performs a horizontal swipe. If the move connects with the opponent, Kolin causes ice to erupt underneath the enemy, trapping/impaling them in a giant icicle tower. Kolin performs a spin, shattering the tower and causing her opponent to fall to the ground.

Tactics

Like most Critical Arts, this move is used to end combos to deal large amounts of damage to the opponent. The Frost Tower can be canceled from Kolin's Parabellum or her first V-Trigger. However, Kolin needs to dash forward in order to inflict optimal. The move has considerable range. In addition, she is also projectile invincible during the startup of this attack. If the opponent is constantly keeping Kolin from a distance with fireballs, she can use this move to go through the projectiles and deal massive damage at the same time.
