The Final Psycho Crusher (ファイナル サイコ クラッシャー Fainaru Saiko Kurasshaa?), also known as Ultimate Psycho Crusher (アルティメット サイコ クラッシャー Arutimetto Saiko Kurasshaa?), is M. Bison's ultimate technique in games such as Street Fighter Alpha 3 and SVC Chaos: SNK vs. Capcom. In Street Fighter Alpha 3, it is exclusive to his Shadaloo-ISM fighting style. In Street Fighter 6, it is his secret Level 2 Super Art.

Description
Executed by charging backward, then moving forward, backward, forward and pressing punch with the Super Combo Gauge at maximum, it is a more advanced version of the Psycho Crusher that is far more powerful and inflicts a great deal of damage. M. Bison warps off-screen and then charges forward, covering the whole screen with a devastating streak of blue flames (orange in SVC). After all the hits are landed, Bison rockets away, and teleports back onto the screen.
This improved Psycho Crusher is much faster and stronger than its normal counterpart, cannot be blocked in the air, and inflicts severe damage even when blocked. The only way to avoid this move is to use a well-timed teleport move or any other move with enough invincibility. Cody can dodge the entire move in his V-ISM mode or in his OMEGA-mode command maneuver.
It returns as one of his SiRN Bison form's exclusive moves, though it only deals a single hit as opposed to multiple.
Tactics
This move serves as an excellent frame-trap, even at lower levels. The startup and recovery lag make it risky if used carelessly, despite having invincibility all throughout the move. If executed too far from the edge of the screen, opponents have time to block or dodge if they are on the ground or are landing, as the move originates from the far edge and travels forward.
While it deals heavy damage, at lower levels it merely matches the power of the regular Psycho Crusher Super Combo.
