Description[]
Executed by pressing Medium Punch twice, followed by Heavy Punch, Dee Jay delivers a body blow with his rear arm to the opponent's side. If the first attack connects, he then delivers a hook punch with his opposite hand. If the second attack hits, Dee Jay finishes the combo with a spinning backhand that sends the opponent tumbling.
- "A sequence of two attacks into a feint. Useful for confusing an opponent."
- —Description for Funky Dance Feint, Street Fighter 6
This last attack can be feinted by pressing back and Heavy Punch, thus becoming Funky Dance Feint (ファンキーダンス・フェイク Fankī Dansu: Feiku?, Funky Dance: Fake).
Tactics[]
This target combo results in a knockdown and sends the opponent tumbling to midscreen. Dee Jay can follow up with a Drive Rush to maintain pressure on his opponent. The first two hits of Funky Dance puts Dee Jay at +2, giving him an opportunity to put the opponent in a guessing situation. While he can link into Standing Heavy Punch to get decent corner carry, he can also perform the feint and go for a throw to catch the opponent on their heels.
