Graham Oriber (グラハム・オリバー Gurahamu Oribā?), also referred to simply as G. Oriber, is a character from the Final Fight series. He is a member of the Mad Gear Gang, and appears as a common enemy in the original Final Fight. He is one of three enemies nicknamed the "Headbutt Corps", along with Bill Bull and Wong Who.

Biography[]

Appearance[]

Oriber is a bald obese man, appearing nearly identical to Bill Bull in his appearance in Final Fight. He has a black beard, and wears blue pants with suspenders and a white button-up shirt, along with blue armbands on either arm.

In his Street Fighter V artwork, he now wears blue overalls with one of the straps undone, and a white sleeveless undershirt underneath. He no longer wears armbands, and sports a pair of green gloves.

Personality[]

Oriber is stated to be extremely confident, believing himself to have the strongest leg power out of the three members of the "Headbutt Corps". He takes great pride in his sideburns, preferring to shave with a straight razor rather than an electric one.

Story[]

Final Fight[]

Graham appears as a common enemy in ''Final Fight'', working as a member of the Mad Gear Gang under Belger in his plot to retain control over Metro City. He confronts Haggar, Cody, and Guy during their attempt to rescue Haggar's daughter, Jessica, from the clutches of the Mad Gear Gang.

Street Fighter 6[]

G. Oriber makes a cameo in Street Fighter 6 in the Fighty Mighty side-mission as Oliver, where you can fight against him.

Gameplay and fighting style[]

Oriber, despite his boasting, is the weakest of the "headbutt corps", having the least HP of them. He mainly attacks by charging headfirst at the player. He is able to change direction in the middle of this attack, and uses a front kick and a head butt when not running.

Trivia[]

  • Oriber's last name may be a misromanization of "Oliver", as the two names are pronounced identically in Japanese, as well as the fact that "Oriber" is not a common family name, even more so if it's an invention.
  • He is named after Graham Oliver, ex-guitarist of British heavy metal band Saxon.
  • Oriber shares his birthday with Balrog.
