Description[]

GunSmoke

Depending on which attack button(s) is used before she lands, Lucia performs a different follow-up. This command dash is essential to her gameplay. She can cancel Gun Smoke from most of her normals. By cancelling into Gun Smoke on hit, she can perform one of the following special attacks to extend or end combos.

The EX version is executed by pressing two punch buttons. This gives Gun Smoke a faster startup and allows Lucia to cancel into her special moves more quickly. Performing the EX Gun Smoke also enhances her follow-up special attacks, thus increasing the damage output or gaining certain properties.

Braking is executed by pressing back during Gun Smoke. This move is also performed when no follow-up command is inputted before the end of the dash. Lucia quickly skids to a halt. If her successfully blocks a normal as she cancels into Gun Smoke, she can use Braking to put herself in a safer position rather than cancel into an unsafer special move. Canceling into Braking can potentially keep her opponent on their heels. While they are still on the defense and anticipating what move Lucia may perform next, she is in range to perform one of her throws.

Rough Chase
