The Hakan Launcher is one of Hakan's special attacks, exclusive to OMEGA Mode in Ultra Street Fighter IV.
Description
Executed by performing a quarter-circle forward motion and pressing kick, Hakan does a shoulder charge and then launches the opponent with a two handed uppercut. The EX version flips the opponent onto their back, and Hakan automatically oils himself.
