Hakan Throw is Hakan's neutral throw in the Street Fighter IV series.
Description
Executed by pressing light punch and light kick together while close, Hakan tucks the opponent down in a folded hold, sneaks behind them grabbing them by their midsection, he then adjusts his grip, doing another hold by their stomach and locking their hands before crouching down and tossing them over his head.
