Description[]
Hugo swings his fists in front of him, runs towards his opponent and proceeds to perform a Monster Lariat with each arm, followed by an elbow drop, a chest bump and finishing with a Giant Palm Bomber for a total of 5 hits, while yelling the Super Art's name.
Tactics[]
The final Palm Bomber sends the opponent flying into the air, allowing Hugo to perform a Shootdown Backbreaker or the Megaton Press (as of Ultra Street Fighter IV) on the haplessly falling foe, albeit with considerable damage scaling.
