Heavy Impact (ヘビーインパクト Hebī Inpakuto?) is one of Luke's unique attacks, introduced in Street Fighter V: Champion Edition.

Executed pressing forward and Heavy Punch, Luke lunges low and strikes his opponent with a stiff body blow.
Tactics[]
Most of Luke's normals moves him forward, allowing him to maintain his offensive playstyle and keep the pressure on his opponent. It works similarly to M. Bison's Psycho Axe. Heavy Impact has Luke step about 1/4 of the screen and attack his opponent. This move can be used after hitting the opponent with one of his throws. If the opponent tries to recover, Luke can use Heavy Impact to fish for a Crush Counter hit.
This move is also good to begin combos. It is +5 on hit, allowing him to link into Standing Light Kick or Brutal Spike for extra damage. It is also one of his Crush Counter moves that puts the opponent in a spinning state. It has a 16-frame startup and is -2 on block. However, Luke can retain frame advantage by cancelling into his V-Trigger and put his opponent in a potential mix-up situation.
