Hell'sWarp

Hell's Warp is M. Bison's second V-Skill in Street Fighter V.

Input
Street Fighter V Medium punch+Medium kick

Description

Executed by pressing Medium Punch and Medium Kick simultaneously, M. Bison teleports himself behind his opponent and delivers a knee strike infused with Psycho Power.

Tactics

Despite its lengthy 43-frame startup, this is arguably one of the better V-Skills in the game. This gives M. Bison a way to escape the corner and reapply pressure back to his opponent. It also results in a knockdown on hit. Additionally, it puts them in a juggle state, allowing M. Bison to follow-up with another special attack, such as Psycho Blast, Double Knee Press, or his Critical Art.

Hell's Warp is +1 on block. With this small frame advantage, he can safely follow-up with a throw or maintain offensive pressure with block string of suffocating normals. It also builds a bit of V-Meter on hit or on block. Similar to his first V-Skill, M. Bison can use Hell's Warp against zoning characters. While it does require a hard read, he can teleport behind his opponent and punish them for a decent combo with this attack. However, one of the main weaknesses for this V-Skill is that it's slow enough for his opponent to react. If they see M. Bison teleporting behind them, a fast normal not only disrupts the attack, but also puts him in a Counter Hit state.
