Executed by pressing Heavy Punch and Heavy Kick simultaneously (or pressing Drive Impact for Modern Control), M. Bison knocks the opponent away with a Psycho-Powered palm strike. On counter hit, like all other Drive Impacts, this attack puts the opponent in a crumple state.
Tactics[]
Like all Drive Impacts, Hell Twist has 2-hits of armor during the startup frames. This makes it useful to absorb the opponent's attacks and retaliating as they are recovering. Hitting the opponent with Hell Twist as a Punish Counter puts them crumple state on hit, giving M. Bison enough time to start a high-damaging combo. In the middle of the screen, this move can push the opponent back on block. This allows M. Bison to create separation and perform a Double Knee Press from a distance.
