Description[]

Hit & Run

Abigail stomping and walking on Cammy's back using Hit & Run.

Executed by pressing Light Punch and Light Kick, (the throw command) and pushing backwards near an opponent. Abigail begins the throw by using his large hand to slam his opponent stomach-first down on the ground. Before his opponent can get back up, Abigail places his foot on top of their back and casually walks over them, mumbling incoherent car noises in the process. On the other side, Abigail turns back toward his opponent and finishes the throw by delivering a kick into their midsection, sending them flying almost 2/3 of the screen.

Tactics[]

Hit&Run

Abigail kicking Cammy's midsection at the end of Hit & Run.

While it does significantly less damage compared to his command grab, this throw has a faster recovery. This means that Abigail can still counter his opponent with an anti-air move if they jump to avoid his throws. By mixing Abigail's normal throws with his command grabs, it puts the opponent in a difficult situation where they have to guess what he is going to do next.

Hit & Run is also an efficient way to put his opponent back in the corner. Once they are in the corner, Abigail's pressure game becomes more intimidating. If Abigail is not in the corner, then this throw sends his opponent back almost a 2/3 length. This makes it difficult for him to get any kind of meaty or okizeme on his opponent's wake-up.
