The Hooligan Combination (フーリガンコンビネーション, Fūrigan Konbinēshon) is one of Cammy's special attacks, and is also usable by Juni and Juli.

Description
Executed by either performing a half-circle forward motion and pressing punch or using the throw command (i.e. light punch and light kick) at close range, the user spins into the air. While spinning through the air, she can opt to cancel the move for a surprise attack, land with a sliding tackle, or execute a powerful frankensteiner throw, the latter of which can be done in midair.
This advancing air throw is the first of its kind in the Street Fighter series, and is useful for either confusing an opponent, throwing if blocked, or striking if counterattacked.
