The Horn Breaker (ホーンブレイク Hōn Bureiku?, "Horn Break") is one of Balrog's special attacks, exclusive to the OMEGA Mode in Ultra Street Fighter IV.
An attack of the same name used by Lily is one of her unique attacks, introduced in Street Fighter 6.

Description[]
Executed by performing a half-circle back motion and pressing punch while close to his opponent, Balrog steps forward for a body blow with his rear hand, smashes his opponent's head between his fists twice while they're kneeling, then knocks them back with a body hook.
The stronger the punch used, the further Balrog travels for the grab. The EX version ends with Balrog taunting his opponent.

Description[]
Executed by pressing back and pressing Heavy Punch (or pressing back and Heavy Attack for Modern Control), Lily jabs her opponent with the end of her rear war club.
Tactics[]
Despite its 14-frame startup, Horn Breaker has a longer range than her Crouching Heavy Punch. It can be cancelled into her special moves such as Condor Spire or Condor Wind to increase her Windclad stock. She can also cancel into her Super Art for optimal damage. When combined with her Drive Rush, Lily receives solid frame advantage that can lead into high damaging combos.
