Kono Omoi o Tsutaetai (この思いを伝えたい? roughly "I want to express this feeling") also known as I Want You to Know is Sakura's theme, with lyrics and composition by Tatsuro Suzuki, arrangement by Masato Koda and performance by Sakura's Street Fighter Alpha 2 seiyuu Yuko Sasamoto along with Akari Kaida during the chorus.
The song first appeared in the 1997 release of Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo.
