Insanity Gaze is one of Vega's special attacks, exclusive to OMEGA Mode in Ultra Street Fighter IV.
Description and Tactics
Insanity Gaze is an enhanced version of Take Off Mask, executed by inputting a Shoryuken motion and two punches, Vega removes his mask, however, compared to the regular version seen outside of OMEGA Mode, it has the added benefit of stopping time for a brief moment, allowing Vega to link moves he could not otherwise do or give him extra charge time for his specials or Ultra Combos. Furthermore, it has a super flash, despite not being a Super Combo.
