Isshin Chiba is a Japanese voice actor who voiced Sean in Street Fighter III: New Generation and 2nd Impact. He is also best known for voicing Jin Kazama (and his devil form) from the Tekken series and Dio Brando in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Heritage for the Future (the latter being a licensed fighting game developed by Capcom). He also voices Kyosuke Kagami in Capcom's Rival Schools series as well as Jedah Dohma from Capcom's other fighting game series, Darkstalkers.
