Joe (ジョー?) is a Final Fight character who first appeared in the Capcom game Final Fight 2. He is one of the minor enemy characters the player characters face. He is a palette swap of Eliot.
Appearance
Joe resembles Eliot with darker skin and a red bandanna, vest, and jeans.
Personality
Joe loves red things and eats tomato spaghetti everyday. His family was strict with his studies and discipline. While he is quiet at home and in front of others, Joe is actually a dangerous man with a short temper, his companions being always anxious when near him. He was arrested several times for arson incidents he caused to dissipate accumulated stress.[1]
Fighting style
Joe, like the red variations of Holly Wood from the original Final Fight, runs onto the screen just long enough to throw a Molotov cocktail. He can be defeated with one hit.
