Description[]

JungleFlip

Blanka leaping off of Cammy's shoulders using Jungle Flip.

"Place your hands on your opponent's shoulders, climb on top of them, then send them tumbling as you kick off their back. Throws your opponent while switching places with them."
Street Fighter 6

Executed by pressing Light Punch and Light Kick, (or the Light Attack and Medium Attack for Modern Control) and pushing backwards near an opponent. After placing both paws on the opponent's shoulders, Blanka straddle vaults on top of them, placing both of his feet on their back. He ends the throw by leaping off of his opponent's shoulders, using the downward force from his legs to send them crashing on their stomach to the other side of the stage.

Tactics[]

Jungle Flip allows Blanka to switch sides with the opponent; useful for putting the opponent back in the corner when pressured. Once he has his opponent in the corner, Blanka can perform a Drive Rush toward his opponent to maintain offensive pressure. If this move is performed while in the middle of the stage, the result is Blanka creating separation between his opponent. While they are recovering, Blanka has time to set up a Blanka-chan Bomb to potentially put the opponent in a guessing situation.
