The Kaiten Izuna Otoshi (回転イズナ落とし Kaiten Izuna Otoshi?, "Rotating Izuna Drop") is one of Guy's special attacks. It was first introduced in the Street Fighter Alpha series as Guy's forward-punch grab in midair, but later became a special attack in Super Street Fighter IV.

Description
Kaiten Izuna Otoshi in Super Street Fighter IV.
Guy grabs his opponent (if close enough) and flips both of them upside-down, falling and driving his opponent head-first into the ground. The punch button pressed determines where Guy reaches, with light grabbing an opponent at Guy's ankles, medium reaching around chest-level, and heavy grabbing an opponent above Guy.
The EX Special introduced in Super Street Fighter IV covers more range at the negligible cost of a small decrease in damage from the regular versions (180 > 170).
