Kill Wire

The Dark Wire is Doctrine Dark's special attacks, introduced in Street Fighter EX2 Plus.

Description

Preformed with a shoryuken motion and any punch, Doctrine Dark tosses out a garrote wire, snagging the opponent and pulling them to the ground if they are midair. On the ground, the wire will launch the opponent away.
