The Korenzan (鉤鎌斬 Kōrenzan?, Scythe Slash) is one of Juri's unique attacks, introduced in Street Fighter V. It first appeared as her close Heavy Kick in Super Street Fighter IV.

Description[]
Executed by pressing back and Heavy Kick (or pressing back and Heavy Attack for Modern Control in Street Fighter 6), Juri lifts her leg up to kick her opponent. She then brings her leg downward, hitting her opponent with the heel of her foot.
Tactics[]
This attack has great reach and forces her opponent to stand on the first hit. Juri can also cancel the first and second hit of this move into her special attacks. If Korenzan connects with her opponent, then she can link with one of her Light normals, ending the combo with Tensenrin.
