Kumoharai is one of Makoto's unique attacks, exclusive to Ultra Street Fighter IV's OMEGA Mode.
Description[]
Preformed by pressing medium punch and medium kick together during Tanden Renki, Makoto enters a parry stance, any attack thrown at her during this stance will do no damage as Makoto parries it. It also has no recovery period so it can easily be used. The attack will be replaced by her Focus Attack once Tanden Renki ends.
