Description

Garuda performing the Kyojinsenshu on Hokuto.
Executed by performing two quarter-circle motions backward and pressing all three kicks, Garuda draws out his sword and proceeds to move forward and slashes his opponent with in quick succession in a similar fashion to Hayate's Resshin Kamaitachi. He can string on the attacks as it follows:

Daikyo Rasen shou
After Kyoujinsenshuu is executed, inputting two quarter-circle forward motions and pressing kick has Garuda perform the Daikyo Rasensho (大凶螺旋昇 Daikyou Rasen Shou?, "Atrocious Spiral Rise"), which has him ascend and performs a drill-like slash just like Hayate's Raizanshou; the number of hits can be increased by tapping kick or punch, similarly to Ken's Shinryuken.

Daikyo Senpuu shou
After the Daikyo Rasensho connects, inputting two quarter-circle backward motions and pressing punch has Garuda perform the Daikyo Senpusho (大凶旋風翔 Daikyou Senpuu Shou?, "Atrocious Whirlwind Soar"), a series of descending, pirouetting slashes similar to Hayate's Tsumuji Kagerou-Kyoku.
