Kyoseijin is one of Oni's special attacks, exclusive to the OMEGA Mode of Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Executed with a shoryuken motion and kick, Oni does a lunging leap into the air. This leap can be canceled into Sekisai Jiraiken with any punch button during the leap, or a Tenmarakuseikyaku divekick with any kick button. The EX version comes out faster and can cancel into Meido Gohado by pressing all three punches during the leap.
